I've spent 20+ years mastering my craft, developing and refining the methods needed to help students achieve their greatest potential. You'll never have to question the skill level or experience of the tutor your son or daughter will be paired with. I bring proven mastery of every section on the SAT and ACT to the table, offering an unmatched learning experience.

I received my College Counseling Certificate with distinction from UCLA and I'm an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), a selective professional organization for independent educational consultants. I continually visit college campuses, meet one-on-one with educational professionals, and network with my colleagues. My students benefit from an in-depth understanding of how scores factor into admissions decisions and how to leverage standardized test scores to their financial advantage.

I’ve  developed curriculum and strategies not found in any test prep books or offered by any mainstream test prep companies to help students gain a deeper understanding of these tests and take advantage of the patterns in content.

The instructors I work with to deliver large format group classes are each distinguished educators, possess Master of Education degrees and have over forty years of combined classroom teaching experience.

“Brian played a pivotal role in helping our son consider what his interests were and what colleges would be great fits for him. Thanks to his efforts, Erik was able to raise his SAT score over 200 points, which we believe was a big factor in getting accepted Early Decision to the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

“Brian’s methods are impactful. Over the course of only three sessions, he reviewed Chole’s previous testing and then targeted the areas that he felt would give her the best chance to improve and she was able to raise her ACT score to a 32. As a result, she is now receiving generous award packages. We are beyond grateful.”
— Sean T. Amherst NY
“Having Brian’s guidance for the SAT was vital towards my early decision acceptance. I have recommended him to many people, and nothing made me happier than seeing him after I got in to Boston University with a merit scholarship. Brian is a great mentor, teacher, and motivator who truly has a knack for these tests!”

You have many options when it comes to choosing a tutor for your son or daughter. The alternatives can be overwhelming. Be vigilant. Don’t settle. Ask for specific references and feedback from other students and parents and be sure that you’re committing to a tutor with an extensive, consistent, and successful track record.
